Preparation
- Gather all your ingredients: Find a clean cutting board or countertop. Make sure you have all your ingredients ready to go.
- Spread the spread: Take one tortilla wrap and spread a thin layer of cream cheese or hummus evenly over it.
- Add the turkey: Place 2 slices of deli turkey on top of the cream cheese.
- Layer on the cheese: Lay 1 slice of cheddar cheese over the turkey.
- Add greens and peppers: Add a handful of spinach or mixed greens and the sliced bell peppers on top of the cheese.
- Season: Sprinkle a little salt and pepper over the top.
- Roll it up: Starting from one end, roll the tortilla tightly until you reach the other end.
- Cut into pieces: Using a sharp knife, cut the rolled tortilla into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve or store: Enjoy them immediately or store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for later.
Notes
Store cut roll ups in an airtight container with parchment paper between layers to prevent sticking. They can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for longer storage.
