  • 8 ounces pasta (rotini or fusilli) Cook according to package instructions.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled Can substitute with other cheese varieties.
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing

Cooking and Combining Ingredients
  1. Start by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions for about 8 to 10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, diced bell pepper, sliced black olives, crumbled feta cheese, and finely chopped red onion.
  3. Pour the Italian dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to coat all ingredients.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting according to preference.
  5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle fresh herbs like parsley or basil on top before serving. Serve with additional Italian dressing on the side for those who like more.
