Ingredients
  

For the Fries
  • 4 medium Sweet potatoes Peel and cut into fries
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into uniform-sized fries.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the cut fries with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even crispiness.
  2. Once golden brown and crispy, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with a variety of dipping sauces like ketchup, ranch, or aioli. For storage, cool fries to room temperature, place in an airtight container, and refrigerate for up to 5 days. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
