Preparation
- In a large bowl, take the cream cheese and the sweetened condensed milk. Mix them together until you have a smooth consistency.
- Add the French vanilla pudding to the cream mixture, pour in the milk, and stir until well combined and thick.
- In a large serving dish, place a layer of vanilla wafers at the bottom.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas followed by a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Pour half of the pudding mixture over the layers and spread it evenly.
- Repeat the layering process with another layer of vanilla wafers, bananas, and strawberries, followed by the remaining pudding mixture.
- Spread the whipped topping generously over the final layer.
Chilling
- Cover the serving dish with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Serving
- Serve the dessert in individual bowls and optionally garnish with extra fruit or crushed vanilla wafers.
Notes
This dessert can be made a day in advance for convenience. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator and avoid freezing as it may alter the texture.
