- In a medium bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes to create the sauce.
- Take the chicken pieces and coat them in cornstarch.
Cooking
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and let it simmer for a few minutes until thicken.
- While the chicken is simmering, cook the noodles according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
- Once the sauce thickens, add the cooked noodles to the skillet with the chicken and mix well.
Serving
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
