Cooking
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for about 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and return to the slow cooker; stir to mix evenly.
Garnishing
- Top with fresh cilantro if desired.
