Preparation
  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Add the steaks to the skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  2. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the beef broth, scraping up any browned bits from the skillet.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce, cooking until the sauce has thickened.
Serving
  1. Serve the steaks topped with the creamy garlic sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.
