  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped Always use fresh for best flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, chopped fresh rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the mustard-rosemary mixture, ensuring each piece is evenly covered.
Cooking
  1. Place the coated chicken breasts in a baking dish in a single layer.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
