Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pumpkin puree, and water. Stir well until everything is well combined and there are no lumps.
- Grease your cake pan with butter or cooking spray.
- Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly.
Baking
- Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Check if the cake is done by inserting a toothpick into the center; it should come out clean.
Cooling
- Once baked, let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Serve plain or with toppings like cream cheese frosting, whipped cream, or a sprinkle of cinnamon. Store at room temperature for a couple of days, or in the fridge for longer freshness.
