Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pumpkin puree, and water. Stir well until everything is well combined and there are no lumps.
  3. Grease your cake pan with butter or cooking spray.
  4. Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly.
Baking
  1. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  2. Check if the cake is done by inserting a toothpick into the center; it should come out clean.
Cooling
  1. Once baked, let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
