- Layer flour tortillas in a baking dish, add the turkey mixture, and sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese on top.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
- Serve hot with a dipping sauce made of blended avocado, sour cream, and lime juice.
