Preparation
- Boil the milk and water/broth in a large pot over high heat.
- Once boiling, add the pasta and stir gently.
- Reduce heat to a simmer and cover, cooking for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- After 10 minutes, add the chopped broccoli and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese, Greek yogurt, and optional butter until melted and creamy.
Serving
- Serve hot, optionally garnishing with fresh herbs, extra cheese, or crushed red pepper flakes.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave, adding a splash of milk or broth if needed.
