Preparation
- Start by placing the whole milk and water or broth in a large pot. Turn the heat to high and wait for it to come to a boil.
- Once the liquid is boiling, add in your 8 oz of pasta. Give it a good stir to ensure the pasta does not stick together.
- Lower the heat to a simmer and cook the pasta for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- After the pasta has cooked for 10 minutes, add the finely chopped broccoli. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
- Remove the pot from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese, Greek yogurt, and optional butter or ghee until everything is melted and smoothly combined.
