  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 cup Milk Use whole or dairy-free milk.
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Use freshly grated for best results.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing garlic.

  • to taste Pepper Adjust to taste.
  • optional Parsley, chopped For garnish.

Preparation
  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add the pasta and enough water to cover it. Bring to a boil.
  3. Cook the pasta until al dente, adding milk halfway through cooking.
  4. Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until creamy.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in a pot over low heat, adding a splash of milk if necessary. Tips: Don't overcook the pasta; use freshly grated cheese, and feel free to adjust the garlic to taste.
