Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted butter into the mashed bananas and mix well.
  5. Add granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Whisk until well combined.
  6. Gently fold in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Baking

Cooling
