- In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and cream of chicken soup. Mix well until smooth.
- Spread the chicken mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- In another bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the chicken layer.
Baking
- Bake uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
Notes
Serve hot with a green salad or steamed vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave covered to keep moist. Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep, and feel free to add vegetables like broccoli or spinach for extra nutrition.
