  • 4 pieces boneless (skinless) chicken breasts
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream) Greek yogurt can also be substituted with sour cream.
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese Using freshly grated cheese enhances flavor.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional) Optional for color.
  • 1/2 tsp salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or chives (chopped) For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika (if using), salt, and ground black pepper. Stir until smooth.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish, ensuring enough space.
  5. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
Baking
  1. Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden.
  2. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives and serve.

For the best flavor, use fresh ingredients. You can customize with spices or different cheeses according to your taste.
