Vegetables
  • 1 cup Cucumbers Cut into rounds or sticks.
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Keep whole.
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers Sliced into strips.
Cheese and Olives
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese Crumbled cheese.
  • 1 cup Olives A mix of your favorite olives.
Herbs
  • 1 bunch Fresh Herbs Use parsley and mint for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the dips by either making them from scratch using the ingredients provided or by purchasing them.
  2. Slice pita and flatbreads into triangles or strips for easy dipping.
  3. Cut fresh vegetables into bite-sized pieces: cucumbers into rounds or sticks, cherry tomatoes whole, and bell peppers into strips.
  4. Arrange the dips in small bowls on a serving board or platter.
  5. Add olives around the bowls of dip and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh herbs like parsley and mint.
Serving
  1. Serve the Mediterranean brunch board in the center of the dining table with utensils for each dip and tongs or forks for the vegetables and breads.

Leftover Storage
  1. Store leftover dips in airtight containers in the fridge for up to a week.
