Preparation
- Place the diced chicken breast in a bowl and add the cornstarch. Toss until all pieces are coated evenly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cooking
- Add the coated chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a separate bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and stir together. Cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top before serving.
Notes
