  • 2 cups all-purpose flour This is the base of your dough and gives it structure.
  • 3 large eggs Eggs add moisture and richness to the dough.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Salt enhances the flavor of the pasta.

Preparation
  1. Clean a dry and smooth surface. Spread the flour evenly across the surface to prepare.
  2. Sprinkle the salt over the flour and mix gently.
  3. Create a well in the center of the flour and crack the eggs into it.
  4. Using a fork, mix the eggs, gradually incorporating the flour from the sides.
  5. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic, adding water or flour as necessary.
  6. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness, then cut into shapes of your choice.

Notes

Homemade pasta can be stored in the fridge for a couple of days or frozen for up to a month. Use quality ingredients and don't skip resting time for the best results.
