- Clean a dry and smooth surface. Spread the flour evenly across the surface to prepare.
- Sprinkle the salt over the flour and mix gently.
- Create a well in the center of the flour and crack the eggs into it.
- Using a fork, mix the eggs, gradually incorporating the flour from the sides.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic, adding water or flour as necessary.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness, then cut into shapes of your choice.
Notes
Homemade pasta can be stored in the fridge for a couple of days or frozen for up to a month. Use quality ingredients and don't skip resting time for the best results.
