  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper To taste

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  3. Season the flour with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  4. Coat each chicken strip in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently.
Baking
  1. Arrange the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Lightly spray the tenders with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
