Ingredients
  

Fruits and Vegetables
  • 1 small handful fresh berries Any type of fresh berries
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumber Cucumber should be washed and sliced
  • 1/2 orange sliced Orange should be sliced for easy eating
  • 1/2 apple sliced Apple should be one of your choices
  • 2 figs sliced in half Fresh figs add sweetness
Proteins
  • 2 pieces boiled eggs Hard-boiled eggs are great sources of protein
  • 1 ounce almonds Raw or roasted almonds
  • 1 ounce cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 3 ounces Greek yogurt Plain or flavored Greek yogurt
  • 1 ounce feta cheese, cubed
  • 3 slices salami or Loza Choose your preferred deli meat
  • 1 ounce sliced turkey
  • 1 slice Swiss cheese
Snacks
  • 1 ounce shelled pistachios
  • 1 ounce kettle corn popcorn
  • 1 ounce shelled peanuts
  • 6-8 pieces gluten-free crackers Gluten-free options should be used

Method
 

Choose Your Snack Box
  1. Look at the ingredients listed and decide which snack box you want to create.
Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Start by boiling two eggs. Once they are done, peel them and set them aside.
  2. Chop the cheddar cheese and feta cheese into small cubes.
  3. Wash and slice the cucumber, apple, and orange.
  4. If you are using figs, slice them in half.
  5. Gather the nuts, salami, turkey, and crackers.
Assemble the Snack Box
  1. Take your snack containers and place a variety of the prepared ingredients into each box.
  2. Include a mix of protein, healthy fats, and fruits for balance.
Seal and Store
  1. After packing the ingredients, seal the containers tightly.
  2. Store them in the fridge for up to 4 days.
