  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 fat content recommended) Choice of beef for optimal flavor.
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded For filling.
  • 2 tsp garlic powder Adds flavor to the beef.
  • 1 tsp salt For seasoning.
  • 1 tsp black pepper To taste.
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits each) For the outer shell.
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted For brushing on top.
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated For topping.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder For topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Gather all your ingredients including ground beef, cheeses, spices, and biscuit dough.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Season the beef with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned, then drain excess grease.
  3. Add shredded cheddar cheese to the beef and stir until melted.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch diameter circle.
  5. Spoon beef and cheese mixture into the center of each biscuit and seal the edges tightly.
  6. Place sealed bombs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. While baking, mix melted butter with Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
  8. Brush the cheese and butter mixture over hot bombs after baking.
  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add Worcestershire sauce to the beef. Customize with different cheeses or add sautéed vegetables.
