Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Gather all your ingredients including ground beef, cheeses, spices, and biscuit dough.
Cooking
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Season the beef with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned, then drain excess grease.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese to the beef and stir until melted.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch diameter circle.
- Spoon beef and cheese mixture into the center of each biscuit and seal the edges tightly.
- Place sealed bombs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- While baking, mix melted butter with Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
- Brush the cheese and butter mixture over hot bombs after baking.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add Worcestershire sauce to the beef. Customize with different cheeses or add sautéed vegetables.
