Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and peanut butter.
- Mix until smooth and creamy with a spoon or spatula.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop the mixture into mini silicone molds or onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once frozen, carefully remove from molds or baking sheet and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
Serve directly from the freezer. Optional to serve with fresh fruits or a drizzle of honey or chocolate on top. They last in the freezer up to a month if stored properly.
