Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat the butter and sauté the onions until caramelized (about 15-20 minutes).
- Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a baking dish.
- Layer the sliced roast beef, caramelized onions, and shredded Swiss cheese on top.
- Add the top halves of the buns to create mini sandwiches.
- Mix the beef broth with garlic powder and pour it over the sliders to soak the buns.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm with horseradish sauce on the side.
Notes
For storage, place cooled sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. For long-term storage, freeze in plastic wrap and a freezer-safe bag for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven to maintain softness.
