Preparation
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine 1 cup of cranberry sauce, 1 package of cream cheese, 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts or pecans, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix until smooth.
- Lay out a flour tortilla and spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture over it, covering the entire tortilla.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one side to the other without squeezing the filling out. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- After chilling, unwrap the rolls and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Notes
Serve with holiday-themed decorations for visual appeal. Can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days, or frozen for longer storage.
