Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans Can be omitted for nut allergies.
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
For the Wrap
  • 1 package flour tortillas (8 or 10 count) Alternative tortillas can be used for variety.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine 1 cup of cranberry sauce, 1 package of cream cheese, 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts or pecans, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix until smooth.
  2. Lay out a flour tortilla and spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture over it, covering the entire tortilla.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly from one side to the other without squeezing the filling out. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  4. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  5. After chilling, unwrap the rolls and slice into bite-sized pieces.

Notes

Serve with holiday-themed decorations for visual appeal. Can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days, or frozen for longer storage.
