Ingredients
  

For the Roll Ups
  • 1 package crescent roll dough Use refrigerated dough.
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce Can use store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 cup cream cheese Ensure it's at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts Optional, for added texture.
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar To sweeten the cream cheese filling.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Adds flavor to the cream cheese mixture.
  • to taste Chopped fresh parsley For garnish, optional.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangular sections.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over each triangle of dough.
  5. Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Roll each triangle from the wide end toward the tip tightly but gently.
  7. Place the rolled-up pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly, and garnish with chopped walnuts and fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature with extra cranberry sauce for dipping. These can be made ahead and stored in the fridge before baking.
