Main Ingredients
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (no seasoning) Choose favorite brand without seasoning.
  • 2 boiled eggs Classic topping with slightly runny yolk.
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms Shiitake or button mushrooms work well.
  • 1 cup baby spinach For added nutrition.
  • ½ cup corn kernels Adds sweetness to balance flavors.
  • 1 green onion sliced Adds a fresh, crunchy element.
  • ½ cup cooked chicken breast or tofu Optional protein topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a pot, combine the chicken or vegetable broth and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add the sesame oil, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, miso paste, rice vinegar, and chili paste (if using). Stir well and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, usually in boiling water for a few minutes. Drain and set aside.
Assembly
  1. Divide the cooked noodles into serving bowls and ladle the hot broth over the noodles.
  2. Add desired toppings: boiled eggs, sliced mushrooms, baby spinach, corn kernels, chicken or tofu, and green onions. Garnish with sesame seeds, seaweed sheets, chili flakes, coriander or cilantro, and lime wedges.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for best flavor. Customize toppings as needed. Adjust spice level based on preference. For a richer broth, add fish sauce or mirin.
