Preparation
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
- Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook while stirring for 7 to 10 minutes until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
Cooking
- Stir in the diced bell peppers, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Let the mixture cook for another 5 to 7 minutes until the bell peppers are tender but still slightly crisp.
Serving
- Serve the mixture over cooked rice, in lettuce wraps, or as a filling for tacos.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
