  • 10.5 oz can of cream of chicken soup
  • 10.5 oz can of chicken broth
  • 1 oz packet of ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder (optional) Add for extra flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.
  2. Place the chicken in the crockpot.
Mixing Sauce
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, ranch seasoning mix, and garlic powder if using.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste, and stir until well combined.
Cooking
  1. Pour the sauce over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated.
  2. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Finishing Touches
  1. Once cooked, remove the chicken and shred it into bite-sized pieces using forks.
  2. Return the shredded chicken to the gravy in the crockpot and mix well.
Serving
  1. Let the dish sit for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Customize by adding vegetables such as carrots or potatoes. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or frozen for 2-3 months.
