Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth until smooth.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Prepare the stuffing mix according to package directions with slightly less water.
- Spoon the prepared stuffing over the chicken mixture.
- Drizzle melted butter over the stuffing.
Baking
- Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbling.
- Allow the casserole to cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
