Preparation
- Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken strips to the bowl with the spices and toss until all pieces are coated evenly.
Cooking Chicken
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the seasoned chicken strips in the basket in a single layer. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and set aside.
Assembling Wraps
- Layer fresh spinach on each tortilla.
- Add shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the spinach.
- Place cooked chicken strips on the cheese.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the ends.
- Lightly spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil spray.
- Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
Final Cooking
- Air fry the wraps at 375°F (190°C) for 2-3 minutes until crispy.
- Remove from air fryer and let cool slightly.
- Slice each wrap in half and serve with ranch dressing if desired.
