Crispy Air Fryer Chicken & Mozzarella Wraps

Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 2 large chicken breasts (Approximately 1 pound total)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Wraps
  • 4 pieces whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing Optional, for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the chicken strips to the bowl with the spices and toss until all pieces are coated evenly.
Cooking Chicken
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken strips in the basket in a single layer. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and set aside.
Assembling Wraps
  1. Layer fresh spinach on each tortilla.
  2. Add shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the spinach.
  3. Place cooked chicken strips on the cheese.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the ends.
  5. Lightly spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil spray.
  6. Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
Final Cooking
  1. Air fry the wraps at 375°F (190°C) for 2-3 minutes until crispy.
  2. Remove from air fryer and let cool slightly.
  3. Slice each wrap in half and serve with ranch dressing if desired.

Notes

These wraps can be served as a meal or snack. Add fresh ingredients or pair with side dishes like salads or sweet potato fries.
