Preparation
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until translucent.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 6-8 minutes until well browned.
Cooking the Pasta and Sauce
  1. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. Pour vegetable broth into the skillet and stir in the heavy cream. Simmer for about 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to coat everything well.
