Ingredients
  

For the dip
  • 2 8 oz containers dairy-free cream cheese (or regular cream cheese)
  • 2 fresh jalapeƱos (seeds removed and finely diced)
  • 2-3 Tbsp finely diced red onion
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions plus more for garnish
  • 1 14 oz can cranberry sauce (with whole berries)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Bring the dairy-free cream cheese to room temperature.
  2. Whip the cream cheese until fluffy with a handheld mixer for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Mix in garlic powder, salt, pepper, lime juice, diced jalapeƱos, and chopped onions until well combined.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture on a serving platter.
  5. Pour cranberry sauce on top and gently spread it over the cream cheese.
  6. Garnish with additional green onions.
  7. Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Do not freeze, as it may alter the texture.
