Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, cooked rice, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
- If desired, sprinkle crushed cornflakes on top for added texture.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
Notes
Serve with a green salad or steamed vegetables. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for 2-3 months.
