  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes Optional for topping, adds crunch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, cooked rice, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. If desired, sprinkle crushed cornflakes on top for added texture.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
  2. Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Serve with a green salad or steamed vegetables. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for 2-3 months.
