Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease or line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Mixing
- In a large bowl, whisk the melted butter and brown sugar together until smooth.
- Add the egg, honey, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the all-purpose flour, salt, and ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon until just combined.
Baking
- Pour the blondie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar with the remaining ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon and sprinkle it over the batter.
- Bake for 22 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cooling and Serving
- Allow the blondies to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
- Serve warm, optionally with ice cream or whipped cream.
