  • 2 tbsp maple syrup Adjust sweetness according to taste.
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds Adds healthy fats and helps thicken the mixture.
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (plus more for dusting) Enhance flavor by dusting before serving.

Preparation
  1. Take a jar that has a tight-fitting lid.
  2. In the jar, combine the quick oats, cooked quinoa, non-dairy milk, chia seeds, non-dairy yogurt, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
  3. Stir everything together well. Make sure all ingredients are mixed evenly.
  4. Close the jar with the lid securely.
  5. Place the jar in the fridge. Let it chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serving
  1. When you are ready to eat, take the jar out of the fridge.
  2. Dust the top with a little more cinnamon. If you like, add some extra non-dairy yogurt for decoration.
