  1. Create the Tree Shape: Make the outline of the tree using the rosemary sprigs, arranging them wider as you go down.
  2. Add the Trunk: Use the celery stalk at the bottom for the trunk of the tree, ensuring it is sturdy.
  3. Layer the Ingredients: Start layering from the bottom with sharp cheddar cheese, followed by red grapes, Monterey Jack cheese, green grapes, mild cheddar, and black grapes.
  4. Shape the Top: Use the slices of kiwi to shape the top of the tree.
  5. Add the Star: Place a slice of star fruit at the top.
  6. Sprinkle Surroundings: Decorate around the tree with cranberries and assorted nuts.
  7. Serve Ready: Assemble up to four hours before serving, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate.
