Ingredients
  

Yogurt Base
  • 1.5 cups chopped strawberries Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt Provides protein and probiotics.
  • 1 tablespoon honey Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate Coating
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Can use dark or white chocolate as variations.
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil Helps in melting and smooth texture.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix the chopped strawberries with plain Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until evenly combined.
Forming Clusters
  1. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, scoop about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture and shape them into clusters. Aim to make around 10 clusters.
Freezing Clusters
  1. Freeze the yogurt clusters for 1 to 2 hours or until solid.
Melting Chocolate
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in 15 to 30 second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.
Coating Clusters
  1. Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate to coat evenly, then place back on the parchment-lined sheet. Optionally, sprinkle with sea salt.
Final Freeze
  1. Return the chocolate-coated clusters to the freezer for about 30 minutes until the chocolate is set.

Notes

For variations, consider adding nuts for crunch, mixing in other berries, or folding in coconut flakes for a tropical twist.
