For seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place a portion of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla, roll them up tightly, and lay them seam-side down in a baking dish.
Sauce Preparation
  1. In another bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, milk, and olive oil to create a smooth sauce.
Assembly and Cooking
  1. Pour the white sauce over the rolled tortillas evenly.
  2. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
  4. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
