Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, milk, mixed vegetables, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spread the chicken mixture evenly.
- Top with the stuffing mix, spreading it evenly over the chicken mixture.
Baking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the stuffing is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
This casserole can be prepared a day in advance. For crispy topping, broil for a few minutes at the end of cooking. Can use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
