  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese For topping.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese For topping.

For Dusting

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Dust your surface with flour and divide the pizza dough into 10 equal pieces.
  3. Roll each piece into an 8-inch long rope, making the ends slightly thicker to resemble bones. Snip each end about 1 inch deep and gently pull apart.
Baking

  2. Brush melted butter over each breadstick and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes until they puff and turn light golden.

Serving
  1. Let cool slightly before serving warm with marinara sauce.

Notes

If you have any leftovers, let them cool completely first. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in oven for a few minutes to restore crispness.
