- Fold each tortilla tightly to create a wrap.
Cooking the Wraps
- Grill the folded wraps in the same non-stick pan for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until the cheese melts and tortillas are golden.
- Cut the wraps in half for serving and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
