Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Filling
  • 2 large large chicken breasts, diced Ensure chicken is fully thawed if using frozen.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking the chicken.
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder Add more for extra flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Wraps
  • 4 large flour tortillas Can use whole wheat or your preferred type.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to mix with other cheeses.
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce Can substitute with BBQ sauce for a different flavor.
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the seasoned chicken. Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fully cooked.
  3. Remove cooked chicken from heat and let it cool slightly.
Assembling the Wraps
  1. Lay the tortillas on a flat surface, spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce over each tortilla.
  2. Evenly distribute the cooked chicken over the tortillas, then sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
  3. Fold each tortilla tightly to create a wrap.
Cooking the Wraps
  1. Grill the folded wraps in the same non-stick pan for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until the cheese melts and tortillas are golden.
  2. Cut the wraps in half for serving and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

Notes

These wraps can be customized with various toppings and are great for gatherings. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
