Preparation
  1. In a large bowl or jar, add the rolled oats, almond milk, yogurt, chia seeds, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, shredded carrots, and maple syrup.
  2. Stir the mixture until everything is well combined, ensuring the oats are evenly coated with the liquid and spices.
  3. If desired, add raisins and walnuts to the mixture.
  4. Cover the bowl or jar tightly and refrigerate overnight.
Serving
  1. In the morning, enjoy your oats directly from the jar or bowl. If preferred warm, heat in the microwave for 30 to 60 seconds.
  2. Add additional toppings like extra walnuts, raisins, or granola if desired.
