  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20) This type has a good balance of meat and fat.
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce Adds depth of flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to the tater tots package instructions (generally 20-25 minutes).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the light mayo, ketchup, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, Cajun seasoning, sugar, and garlic powder to create the burger sauce. Cover and chill in the refrigerator.
  3. In a large pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef, seasoning it with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine. Add Worcestershire sauce halfway through, and drain excess grease once fully cooked.
  4. Prepare toppings by dicing the red onions, chopping tomatoes and lettuce, and slicing pickles.
Assembly
  1. Layer crispy tater tots at the bottom of each bowl.
  2. Add the cooked ground beef on top.
  3. Layer on cheddar cheese, diced onions, chopped tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles.
  4. Drizzle with the chilled burger sauce and enjoy!

Notes

Serve immediately while warm. Pair with sides like salad or chips for a complete meal. Store leftovers in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
