Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, Buffalo sauce, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until creamy and well blended.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a 1.5-quart baking dish and sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese on top.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is browned and the dip is bubbling.
- Let it cool for a minute before serving.
Notes
Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge, or freeze for up to 3 months.
