  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Divided into two portions for cooking.

Preparation
  1. Start by shredding your cooked chicken. You can use rotisserie chicken or cook chicken breast yourself.
  2. Ensure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
Cooking
  1. In your Crock Pot, add the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  2. Using a spatula or large spoon, stir all the ingredients together until they are combined nicely.
  3. Cover your Crock Pot with its lid. Set the heat to low and allow it to cook for 2-3 hours. Remember to stir the dip every 30 minutes.
  4. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the rest of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir it in and allow it to melt into the dip.
Serving
  1. If desired, garnish with blue cheese crumbles and chopped green onions before serving.
  2. Serve the dip warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.

Notes

For larger gatherings, consider keeping the dip warm in the Crock Pot. You can also experiment with different dippers like pretzels or fresh veggies.
