- Spread the Alouette Cheese evenly over the center of a large plate or small platter, leaving about 1/4 inch of space around the edge.
- Sprinkle the chopped tomatoes evenly over the cheese.
- Generously sprinkle the fresh basil over the top.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze back and forth over the entire plate.
- Serve with pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette.
Notes
For a stronger flavor, mix in minced garlic into the cheese spread. This dip is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
