Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Stir in the rolled oats, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix until no dry patches remain.
  5. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries, being careful not to crush them.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, checking for a set center and lightly golden top.
