Preparation
- Marinate the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch in a large bowl. Mix well and let sit for at least 10 minutes.
Cooking
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3 to 5 minutes, or until the beef is browned.
- Stir in the broccoli florets and continue to stir-fry for another 3 to 4 minutes until broccoli is tender but still crisp.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve over rice or noodles.

Feel free to customize the sauce and add other vegetables such as bell peppers or snap peas for more nutrients.
