Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and chopped onion. Cook until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup and beef broth to the skillet. Mix everything together until well incorporated.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables and heat for about 5 minutes.
- Lightly grease a baking dish and transfer the beef and vegetable mixture into it, spreading evenly.
- Place the frozen biscuits on top of the beef mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Allow leftovers to cool completely before storing in an airtight container. It can be refrigerated for 3-4 days or frozen for 2-3 months.
